Privacy notice

Information submitted through our access-request form (name, work contact details, clinic information, and professional identifiers such as NPI and license numbers) is used solely to review your request, set up and administer your portal account, and contact you about that process. It is not sold, and it is shared only with service providers we use to operate the portal.

Sign-in is passwordless; we store your work email as your account identifier. Professional credentials you later submit in the portal are verified against official registries as part of account compliance.
